At SchwarzGold, it's not just the look that builds a bridge to the history of the Ruhr region, the cuisine also brings together what belongs together: the vision of head chef Pierre Beckerling, who was awarded a Michelin star in 2020 and 2021, goes far beyond the usual Ruhr region cuisine.
